The driving license is issued with 20 initial points; if a driver has never committed violation (for which is expected the loss of points), after two years he has a bonus of two points, until the maximum of 30.
For those who acquire a new driving license, if they commit any infractions for the first three years, they will remove double of the points.
For some violation, the cost of the fine is increased if was committed after 10 p.m. and before 7 a.m.
